ZYRX — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your ZYRX pieces. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be unwashed and free from stains, damage, perfume or other marks
• Have the original tags and packaging intact
• Be in its original condition
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase/order details

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and your order details.

After verification, ZYRX may provide a replacement or exchange as appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

SALE OR SPECIAL-DISCOUNT PRODUCTS

Products purchased under a special sale or promotional offer may have different exchange conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

ZYRX generally does not offer refunds for change of mind or size preference. Exchanges are subject to the conditions above and product availability.

If an exchange cannot reasonably be provided for a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

• Your order number
• Reason for exchange
• Photos/videos where applicable

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

IMPORTANT

We reserve the right to verify the condition of returned products before approving an exchange. This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
